Supply and construction of basalt sea wall, including rehabilitation of existing bank, excavation of a seawall toe on the foreshore, import and place compacted suitable fill, installation of geotextile cloth, under layer rock and certified basalt boulders handpicked and graded, construct basalt rock groynes, import sand and replenish foreshore.
