Removal of existing breakwater (old concrete and rubble), install new basalt rock breakwater with concrete footpath on top, install new basalt rock groyne, beach (sand) replenishment, new concrete walkway.
Te Toro Point
Removal of existing timber retaining wall, install new timber retaining wall, install concrete footings under existing boat ramp, scour protection (concrete with hand placed stone) regrade of grass reserve, new kerb and channel, planting.
Both of these projects came in on time and under budget with variations included.
