Land and Sea Civil has been a family business for over 37 years. When Brian James started the company he had the attitude to do the job once and do it right. He also believed in ensuring there was a strong family culture within the company. Brian passed these values and beliefs onto the next generation, his daughter and son in-law who brought the company in 2017. Today we have 18 Staff members with several of our staff having been with us for over 15 years. One employee will be celebrating 30 years with LSC in 2019!
